Ingredients
- 1.25 kg plain flour
- 1.25 kg 00 flour
- 50 g salt
- 1.6 litres water
- 10 g yeast
- 25 ml water
- Lil bit of sugar
PRO TIP
Instructions
- Water should all be like warm. Bloom yeast in warm sugary water.
- Put the rest in mixer then add yeasty fluffy bloomed happiness.
- Let the mixer do its think for 10 mins or so.
- Let rise to the top of the bowl before knocking back.
- Roll into 220g balls and refrigerate
- Boom ready to use 🙂
